Dacia’s Jogger MPV

0

Dacia has revealed its new MPV – The Jogger. Available in 5 and 7-seater versions, one thing is for sure it will very well priced. The Jogger starts in Europe for under €15,000 – Irish pricing will reflect our high motor taxation system. The Jogger’s designer says the car blends MPV and SUV styling. Power comes from a 1 litre petrol engine, 1-litre bi-fuel engine and in early 2023 a full hybrid Jogger will be offered. The car can be seen in the flesh at the IAA Motor Show in Munich on the 6th.

Dacia says: ‘The Jogger embodies the pragmatic and authentic spirit of Dacia, and connects to the ‘outdoor’ feel of the brand’s new identity… Jogger is a simple, modern name that anyone can pronounce and is universally understood. It represents dynamism, positive energy, and the outdoor spirit. The suffix ‘er’ as with Duster, Dacia’s iconic SUV model, evokes the robustness and endurance of an ideal everyday companion for Dacia families’.

We say there is a need for functional cars. The bottom line is that the Dacia Jogger will follow where Duster and Sandero have gone before – into people’s hearts through their pockets. The Jogger is welcomed as it will no doubt offer affordable access to a new 5/7 seater. The 7 seater offers up to 64 different seating configurations!
