The Department of Molecular Medicine at the University of Padua has certified Sanity Systems’ mobile ‘Ozone’ device as an effective measure in fighting against the SARS-CoV-2 virus aka COVID-19. It affects a viral load reduction of 99%. The study was directed by Professor Andrea Crisanti, a member of the Italian Government’s Medical Advisory Board in accordance with EN standards. The portable units when plugged in carefully dispense measured levels of Ozone, designed to eliminate almost 100% of bacteria, germs, viruses, yeasts, mould, fungi, spores present in environments and on surfaces. The automotive industry has embraced the service which is now used by 50% of the leading motor brands including Toyota IRL, Volkswagen Group IRL, Opel, Volvo and motor groups Windsor, Kearys and Connolly. David Byrne, Managing Director of Sanity Systems and Product Sales Ireland and UK Limited, commenting on the study said; “These research findings reinforce Sanity System’s position as a part of the solution and protocol measures in the fight against Covid 19. Sanity System is an established specialist company focused solely on sanitisation so the findings support its position as the number one sanitisation company in Italy, and now here also in Ireland. Effective sanitisation has a key role to play in controlling the spread of Covid 19 and providing a safe environment for employees and clients alike.” The Sanity System is also used by the HSE, Garda Siochana, Revenue Commissioners, PSNI, Dublin Airport Authority, Fingal County Council, Keeling’s, Irish Prison Service, National Ambulance Service, Care Choice Nursing Homes, Aviva Stadium and Irish Ferries. Sanity System is licensed with the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine for the use of ozone based sanitising solutions in Ireland. Sanity System is a plug-and-play treatment system that takes 45 minutes to work on a mid-sized room and less in a vehicle. The room or car must be left vacant during the sanitising process as ozone is a volatile gas. The system enables business owners to provide a proven and tested sanitisation solution for their staff and customers. Purchase prices range from €2,145 to €3,495 depending in the size of the unit and rental options vary between €99 and €199 per month. Bunzl Irish Merchants are the national distributors of Sanity System’s products. Sanity Systems and Product Sales Ireland and UK Limited is based in Clonee, Dublin 15. At Motorhub many of our press test cars are sanitised with these devices and we are always happy to know that.
